Greetings from New York City!

Greetings from New York City!
Greetings from The Juilliard School in New York City! For the last decade, I have had the honor of being on the faculty of the League of American Orchestras’ Essentials of Orchestra Management seminar. That honor was magnified this year when I was named the director of the seminar.
As I write, we are in the middle of Day 2 of this intensive 10-day course, and I am completely (and happily) consumed in this experience. Because of my limited bandwidth, today’s blog entry will largely be links to two different sources that have already been written about this amazing program. I hope you enjoy reading about it; I want you to know that the 35 students here at the seminar are remarkable and will do an amazing job leading our field into a turbulent and unknown future.
